Semiha Köse graduated with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed her Master’s degree in International Financial Law at King’s College London with a dissertation on the impact of the Dodd-Frank Act on the too-big-to-fail theory.
Prior to joining Aksan Law Firm, she gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law matters. She is currently working as an associate with the Venture Capital Investments Department at Aksan Law Firm.
