Our office handles, through the competent authorities, all necessary actions for the collection of receivables that have not been recovered from the commercial activities of our clients, or that have been confirmed by a court decision in proceedings followed up by our office.
In enforcement proceedings aimed at the collection of receivables, we conduct comprehensive investigations to identify all movables, immovables and rights or claims of the debtor held by third parties; through the competent authorities we proceed to the collection of the debt; and we handle the litigation before enforcement and general courts in respect of the disputes between the creditor, debtor and third parties.
