Our Story

Aksan Law Firm was founded in 1984. Initially handling legal files for companies operating in the textile industry, it gradually expanded its portfolio. Over time, it continued to work effectively in the international arena, focusing on international trade and especially export transactions.

At the beginning of the 2000s, Aksan increased its consultancy services for corporate clients operating in the finance, heavy industry, and pharmaceutical sectors. It also established support units such as human resources, finance, and IT within its structure, aiming to offer more comprehensive services to its clients through these systems.

Finally, with the 2010s, Aksan expanded its service areas and began developing an approach for technology-oriented companies and domestic and foreign investors. Continuing its activities in this field by establishing a pioneering team in Turkey, Aksan also aims to serve technology companies more closely by opening a new office in Teknopark Istanbul.

Along with these, it continues to provide comprehensive and quality services to our clients by establishing working groups in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, tax law, and intellectual property law.
