Contact Form — Personal Data Protection Notice and Explicit Consent
This information notice has been prepared by Aksan Law Firm, acting as data controller, in order to inform you about the processing of personal data obtained through the contact form, pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "KVKK").
1. Personal Data Processed
Through the contact form, personal data such as your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of your message and — where you choose to submit them — your curriculum vitae (CV) and its attachments may be processed.
2. Purposes of Processing
The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:
- assessing your requests and applications,
- carrying out communication activities,
- conducting legal advisory processes,
- evaluating job applications (where you submit a CV).
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, solely for the purposes set out above and in accordance with the applicable legislation, to the competent public authorities and institutions and, where necessary, to third parties from whom services are procured.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website and is processed on the legal bases set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
5. Your Rights under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, and to request its rectification or erasure, among others.
