M&A Department of Aksan has represented Medicover on the acquisition of Güven Lab.

As Aksan we are delighted to announce that a team led by Onur Ergün, our partner and head of M&A, advised Sweden-based, publicly traded Medicover Group, a leading international healthcare and diagnostic services provider, in the acquisition of remaining stake in Güven Laboratuvarları, as a result of which Medicover owns the entire shares in the company.
