Mr. Emre Akarkarasu has joined our firm as “Head of Tax Division”

We are delighted to announce that Mr. Emre Akarkarasu has joined our firm as “Head of  Tax Division” effective December 4, 2020.

Emre has expertise on tax law, sanctions, international company structuring, mergers and acquisitions tax services, financial consulting and valuation with 15 years of experience in banking and capital markets, electronic payment services and Fin-tech sectors.

He is a graduate of Bilgi University International Finance and Economics departments, and completed his master’s degree in Economic Law at the same university. He still continues his doctorate program in the field of Finance Law at Istanbul University.
