Gamze Telli graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law and she started her career at Sırmagrup İçecek Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş.  in the fields of Labour and Social Security Law, Commercial Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law.

Having carried on practicing Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Labour and Social Security Law, Union and Collective Bargaining Agreements Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Consumer Law, Gamze Telli took a part in a well-known M&A project in Turkey and pioneered terminating employment relations through alternative dispute resolutions between with employees and companies who are leading in their respective sectors that are in downsizing or liquidation processes.

While officiating as a managing attorney at Aksan, she has a work experience in establishing a company on the territory of Turkey as a turn-key basis, full consultancy and documentary support during recruitment and termination processes, support on obtaining residence/work permits, labour law compliance, Social Security Institution incentives, forming a strategy on managing the commercial relationships between the clients and third persons and alternative dispute resolution of high-risked conflicts.

She provides legal assistance to companies and individuals located in the CIS region and Russian speaking countries about their operations and legal processes in the country, especially company establishment in Turkey.

She also carries on her works in the fields of employee inventions, its remunerations and employee/employer unions and collective bargaining agreements.
