Having completed her high school education at Kadıköy Anatolian High School, Burcu Başak Boylu graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law. Several articles written or translated Boylu, having carried out studies at the University of Göttingen, has later completed an internship program at the Prosecution Office of Berlin.
Boylu, also a Certified Translator in English, mainly focuses on providing legal consultancy services to both domestic and foreign companies regarding Due Diligence Projects, Mergers and Acquisitons, Privatization Law, Corporate Law and Contracts Law, as well as continuing her practices in the fields of Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
