Ruhat Çelik studied at Istanbul University. He completed his Master's Degree in Private Law at Marmara University. He started his career as an intern at Istanbul Law Firm, later at Anadolu Law Firm and Fu Gayrimenkul as a lawyer. He worked as Legal Advisor in Legal Follow-up Department at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. Later, he worked as Corporate and Commercial Portfolio Unit Manager and Legal Affairs Manager at Anadolu Group Artı Varlık. Finally, after working as Legal Consultant and as a Senior Lawyer in Legal Follow-up Departments at Dünya Varlık, he joined Aksan as a Managing Lawyer.
He has worked in the fields of Banking and Finance, Execution and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Civil Law, Property Law, restructuring and collection of receivables of Asset Management Companies and also Corporate Law. He took part in 1 million TL and above amounted follow-up, restructuring and collection projects of Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. He has also actively worked at various levels in the fields and projects where Asset Management Companies operate.
