Ali Soybelli completed his undergraduate studies, including a scholarship program, at Özyeğin University in Turkey, and pursued language education at a prestigious university in Boston, USA. Throughout his undergraduate education, he successfully completed multiple certificate programs, actively participated in moot court sessions, and gained practical experience through summer internships at leading law firms in Istanbul.
Following his undergraduate studies, Ali Soybelli completed his legal internship at our law firm's Employment Law Department, where he subsequently obtained his Attorney's license. Since 2018, he has been working as a lawyer at our firm, providing legal consultancy services in the fields of Employment and Social Security Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, and Contract Law to Turkey's leading companies.
Starting from June 2023, Ali Soybelli has assumed the position of a partner lawyer in our office, primarily focusing on Commercial Law and Company Law. Additionally, he possesses expertise in Stock Option Agreements, Legal Issues of Family Businesses, and the preparation of Family Constitutions.
