Zeynep Taydaş graduated from İstanbul Kültür University and she started her career at Aksan in the fields of Labour and Social Security Law, Commercial Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
She actively participated several international and academic certificate programmes such as Model United Nations (MUN) conferences and worked as a volunteer in various foundations and associations besides her active memberships of European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) and Network for International Law Students (NILS).
Zeynep Taydaş carries on practicing Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Labour and Social Security Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Consumer Law and she took a part in a well-known M&A project in Turkey.
While officiating as an attorney at Aksan, she has a work experience in establishing a company on the territory of Turkey as a turn-key basis, full consultancy and documentary support during recruitment and termination processes, support on obtaining residence/work permits, labour law consultancy and drafting due diligence reports regarding employment and litigation.
Zeynep Taydaş actively provides consultancy services regarding incorporation process in Turkey, establishing companies including JCC an LCC, obtaining residence/work permit, labour law consultancy and she speaks fluent English. She also carries on her works in the fields of employee inventions, its remunerations and employee/employer unions and collective bargaining agreements.
